Sometimes the standard courses do not meet all of your needs or expectations. If you have some experience with one or more of ESRI products and you are looking to customize internal procedures utilizing the technology, On-Job Training is designed for you!
On-Job Training is conducted at the end of training plans in order to bridge the gap between theoretical studies and hands-on cases, which match participant’s specialization. Participants use different methods for making map templates and applying advanced techniques for data classification. In addition, participants practice preparing map layouts using their own data.
The setup of On-Job Training ensures that the successive steps done throughout that training will be clearly defined to participants so that they can carry out the responsibility for similar tasks, based on their down-to-earth practices and the expertise transferred from the instructor.
By tailoring the training to fit the users’ needs, we quickly teach them to navigate through their ESRI product and accurately execute their GIS tasks.
ESRI NEA encourages customers to take advantage of this learning method to experiment, ask questions, and make mistakes, all with the help of our trained instructors.
